Trampoline fun!

Megan Jumping
Justin, Megan and Katie being silly
posing
Posing again! I love this picture it captures so much of their personalities, Justin's shy, yet sneakiness, Megans crazy right in the "middle" of things, and Katies vibrant and fun spirit.

Here are some pictures of the kids on the tramp being so silly, but having such a great time!

Swimming at the Gym!

Megan sitting by the pool this little girl has no fear of water and that actually makes me nervous since she screams every time I put on her life vest. She likes it off so much better so mommy has to be extra watchful of her. She will walk into the deep area until she starts to float and mommy has to pull her back up to safety, and you would think after repeating this hundreds of times she would learn to just play in the shallow area, but no she heads right back out again. And she insists on being like her brother and sister and having these goggles on just like them. even though they are gigantic for her. This is her with her mad face because I just brought her back to the shallow part.
Katie what a little fishy. She is so funny in the water. She loves to tell me she is going into the "deep part" which is only to her waist. And she loves to wear these goggles which 90% of the time are on the top of her head or full of water. But she insists on them. So we must have them of course!
Katie and Justin posing!
Megan loves the bubbles that shoot up.

This year we have spent a lot of time at the pool. All the kids love it and I have had a lot of fun teaching Justin how to swim too. He is doing really great too. His freestyle is getting really good. They all love the water and they ask me almost every day to go. We don't make it quite that often but we try to go as often as possible. I think my kids are part fish.

Kindergarten testing and meeting his teacher!

Justin in front of the school doors. He was the first one to go and meet his new teacher and have his kindergarten testing. He was so excited and looked so grown up. He did great too. He said he knew all the answers and his teacher said he was going to be the smartest in her class. He has Mrs. Giesa and she is really great with the kids. He came out giving her a high five and is so excited to start school in just over a week! We are so proud of you buddy! He said it was easy, just some rhyming, math, and stuff. No big deal.

"Trouble"

Megan has earned herself a new nickname. "Trouble" Every time I turn around this little girl is getting into something. These are just a few of the numerous examples of her getting into things...hence the name "trouble". Notice she isn't just in the drawer, no first she emptied all the contents of the drawer onto the floor... her favorite place to play is in the toilet...we have found toothbrushes, blankets, clothes, toys, entire rolls of toilet paper. etc. etc. She also loves our shoes, we are constantly finding our shoes all over the house and often her in some of them. She is so funny. But boy we need to watch this one. Rob has reminded me that earlier in my blog I expressed how much I love Megan at this age because she is so inquisitive and it is so fun to watch her though this is still true, I don't enjoy all the messes this one get's into. And I don't enjoy picking up our drawers all over the floor 10 times a day. Or retrieving foreign miscelaneous objects from the toilet daily. I can handle the shoes, I wish she would just keep it at that.

Rob's new love....Facebook!

Rob has found a new and ectertaining thing. Facebook. He even got me and most of his family into it too. We are all having fun connecting to old and new friends. If you haven't checked it out you should it is sure fun and addicting too.

Oh Silly girl!

Megan is so funny. I put the gate on the stairs but Megan is bound and determined to climb down them. I found her inbetween the top of the stair and the rail.

Lemonade Stand, & other things!

Katie, Justin, & Megan decided to make some good use out of all the moving boxes so they set up a lemonade stand outside. They sold not just that though, they had strawberries, cereal, carrotts, grapes, and water, too. Each cup was only a nickel. I think at the end of it all they made $1.85. Not bad. And the cutest thing was the first thing Justin asked me for when he came inside was a tithing envelope. I was so proud of him, I guess I'm doing something right. They were sure cute though. Megan didn't do much except eat everything and make her siblings upset but she tried.
patiently waiting for their customers.
