Scary Day!

May 28, 2010
Today at school Justin got reamed by an older 6th grader at school on the playground. The older child ran into him from the side and Justin went flying to the ground right onto the back of his head. After he got home he just slept, was throwing up, wouldn't eat, would say weird things and said his head hurt and was really dizzy all the time. He had one very large goose egg on the back of his head and I finally took him into primary children's. After many hours they let him go even though he was still throwing up and diagnosed him with a concussion. They said he would need to take it really easy for the next 2 weeks. No soccer for Justin I guess. He didn't like that but knew it was for the best. I'm just glad he ended up being ok but he sure did have us worried for a while there.

Justin sleeping at the hospital!

Being such a good and patient kid we waited for over 4 hours to see a Dr. I was really proud of him.

Memorial Day breakfast and Rodeo!

May 29, 2010
This morning we took the kids to our city breakfast. It was excellent! Justin had the worlds largest pancake that one of the fireman made! He almost ate the whole thing too. We let the kids play at the park and then that night we took the family to the Rodeo. They all had a great time and Katie and Megan loved to see the horses. They really liked that anyone wearing pink got all the free cotton candy they wanted, naturally we had to get some!

Eating breakfast! Yum!

Ryan loves to play in the dishwasher. He thinks it is so much fun! I find him like this all the time if I forget to shut it really tight!

Katie Deva! She went to a birthday party for our neighbor Dannon across the street. It was a walk the red carpet theme. It was so cute. I had Katie dress up and when she got to the party her daughter was dressed in the same exact outfit. They both looked so cute!

Fun at the park and Guess who's moving in?

Look at this nest, we have a mother Robin that is building this right outside of our sliding glass window. I am a little nervous that we will scare it away since we use this door a lot! But it has sure been fun and educational to watch her build this. Amazing!

Katie's preschool graduation!

May 24, 2010
Today was a big day for Katie and her 3 friends Jade, Brooklynn, and Timothy. They have worked so hard all year long and we were so proud of them. What a great group of kiddos. They will do so great in Kindergarten! Here are some pictures of their graduation.

Katie is in the middle! Doing her dance! It was pretty windy and they couldn't hear the music that well so I thought they did a great job considering!
