Visitor's Center at Temple Square!

November 31, 2008
Tonight for FHE we met Rob downtown and went to Temple Square with the kids. We walked around and went in several of the visitors centers. The kids has a lot of fun and there was so much to see and do! They especially loved the Christus Statue. It was cool because there was a family there that the missionaries were working with who spoke Spanish. We got to listen to the presentation in Spanish and I translated what was being said to the kids, which was really neat. I love that the gospel is so encompassing to everyone and it was great for the kids to see some many neat things. You could spend hours down there and still not see everything. All the more reason to go again soon I guess. The kids were sad when we said it was time to leave they were having such a great time watching all the movies and presentations. Temple Square is a neat place and I am so blessed to be so close to it. We can't wait to go back soon!
Our Family (eternal)!

Another one. The cute Spanish family was willing to take this for us and we took some for them. My kids loved looking at the statue of Jesus especially Megan. She is so small and innocent but I know she recognizes and knows the Savior. She calls him Jee Jee whenever she sees him.
