Ok so in February our R.S. had our enrichment on wheat and sprouting and all I can say is I have been doing sprouting ever since and I am so loving it. Not to mention it's SO HEALTHY! It is 700 times more nutritious when you sprout something. My kids love it. Anyway here are some of the jars of sprouts I have tried. So far I love the alph-alpha, peas, lentils, and almonds. We weren't big fans of the wheat though. Anyway if you haven't ever tried it it's really easy and super nutritious. YUM!
