Katie was such a sport to help me pick peaches in hopes to keep the deer away. It was raining so she is hiding under this branch. I have been bottling (I think I have done 5o quarts allready), freezing, and dehdrating for several days and I still have a ton left. (if anyone wants some peaches let me know I have plenty to spare)!

Nicole - I would LOVE to have some peaches. I'd take whatever you want to give. I want to do some canning too. BTW - thanks for the apricots. I made jam and we've enjoyed it. My kids love the recipe you gave me and have named it "Red Chicken" Thanks!
Oh my goodness! Just how many fruit trees do you have? We are planting fruit trees in our yard right now and I would like to know how many trees will bring us "plenty" of fruit in future years.
