Happy Thanksgiving

I can't believe it's that time of year again, Bottling time! I just got done bottling about 48 jars of jam and then after I used all the pectin I had, I put another 30 bags of pureed frozen apricots in the freezer for yummy apricot chicken. And this was after I gave over 20 grocery bags of apricots to everyone in my neighborhood who showed any desire for them. To say the least our apricot tree produces and well. It is so great to be in a new house with fruit trees I really am so happy about that. I only wish Rob liked apricots. I guess more for mom and kids.
